RAK ICC Company Cost: Setup, Renewals and Agent Fees

The figures below are RAK ICC registry fees from the 2026 fee schedule, read on 1 October 2026. They are not a registered agent’s professional fee. AskVi does not publish an agent service charge on this page, because no approved public figure is set for it. Agent fees vary.

A. Registry fees at incorporation

B. Registered-agent professional fees

The client pays the agent separately for the work of preparing and filing the company. That professional fee is not one of the incorporation lines above. The schedule’s AED 12,500 agent onboarding and AED 12,500 agent renewal are fees a firm pays the registry to become and remain a registered agent. They are not the founder’s company price. No AskVi or RAS professional fee is published here.

C. Optional registry services

RAK ICC fee. Charged only if the service is requested.

  • Urgent same-day processing

    AED 1,250, and only where the schedule allows it. It does not apply to a new incorporation or renewal with more than three shareholders, and the request must be in before noon.

  • Add or remove a beneficial owner or nominee

    AED 250 for a direct individual shareholder case.

D. Complex-structure and extra registry charges

RAK ICC fee. Added when the case matches the schedule note.

  • More than three shareholders or directors

    AED 200 each. AED 400 each if the shareholder or director is a company.

  • More than three activities

    AED 550 for each extra activity at activity-group level.

  • Two levels of corporate shareholders

    AED 1,250 additional.

  • Three or more levels, or a trust

    AED 1,750 additional.

  • High-risk enhanced review

    AED 7,000 differential price, in addition to the normal fee, only where the registry applies it.

E. Renewal

Renewal is a different price from incorporation. Multi-year renewal is also capped at three years.

Renewal is due with a one-calendar-month grace period after expiry. After that, the schedule adds 10% in the second month from expiry, 15% in the third, 25% in the fourth, and 50% in the fifth, on top of the renewal fee. A strike-off notice follows at the start of the sixth month. Restoration after strike-off, if the registrar agrees, includes outstanding fees and penalties plus a flat AED 550.

The schedule says fees can change without notice, and paying the fee is not the same as approval. Courier charges depend on weight and destination. The formation route is explained on the RAK ICC company page.
