How AskVi Understands Your Company

AskVi technology is straightforward: a document is read, you review what is kept, and a question about a company uses the record you saved for it.

1. 01 · Document evidence

   Vi reads the document you provide

   Vi reads supported files, such as a trade licence, establishment card, memorandum, passport, residence visa or Emirates ID, and shows details it found: a name, a jurisdiction, a date. That is a reading of those details. It is not a complete copy of every clause.

2. 02 · Your reviewed company record

   You decide what becomes a saved fact

   Extracted details stay in front of you until you review them and save them. The record you keep is the company’s digital twin: the details you confirmed, available the next time you ask.

3. 03 · Company-aware answers

   A company question uses that company’s saved record

   When you are signed in and ask about a selected company, Vi uses that company’s current saved records. A general question stays general, without those records attached. The basis for a current company fact is the saved record, not an earlier reply in the chat.

4. 04 · Guided next steps

   Recorded status shows what needs attention

   Saved deadlines, information still requested, and workflow status help explain what to look at next. That recorded state is separate from advice, and separate from work a specialist carries out.

Vi does not reread every uploaded file for every question. It uses the facts already saved on the company. Specialist execution remains a separate step.
