Terms of Use
Effective 5 October 2026. These terms apply when you use AskVi, Vi, a company workspace or a service-request workflow.
AskVi is an advisory technology platform
AskVi provides AI-assisted corporate information, advisory, company intelligence and coordination. AskVi is not a UAE government authority and does not itself issue trade licences, visas, tax registrations, government approvals or government documents.
Vi is not a substitute for professional verification
Vi can help you understand options, identify questions, organise company information and explain possible next steps. AI-generated information can be incomplete or wrong. Material legal, tax, accounting, regulatory, banking or government matters should be independently verified where appropriate.
Specialist execution is separate
If you choose to proceed with a service that requires a licensed, registered or otherwise authorised provider, AskVi may route the request to an independent service provider. The provider performs that work under its own licence, registration, authorisation, professional responsibility and applicable terms. AskVi does not adopt a partner's licence or government authorisation as its own.
Prices and estimates
Prices, authority fees, timelines and requirements can change. Unless AskVi clearly identifies a price as confirmed for a specific request, amounts shown by Vi should be treated as guidance or estimates. A service provider may confirm separate execution fees before work begins.
Your information and instructions
You are responsible for providing accurate information and for reviewing material facts before they are saved or used. You must have the right to upload any document or personal information you provide to AskVi.
Accounts and access
You are responsible for activity carried out through your account and for keeping access to your sign-in method secure. Do not attempt to access another customer’s company workspace, documents or service requests without permission.
Acceptable use
You must not use AskVi to facilitate fraud, unlawful activity, sanctions evasion, impersonation, unauthorised access, harmful software, or misleading submissions to a government, bank, regulator or other third party.
Availability and changes
AskVi may change, add, suspend or remove features as the product develops. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability or that every jurisdiction, activity, fee, authority requirement or partner will always be available.
Third-party services
Links, integrations and partner services may be governed by separate terms and privacy practices. AskVi is not responsible for a third party’s acts or omissions merely because AskVi links to, integrates with or routes a request to that third party.
Intellectual property
AskVi’s software, product design, branding and original content remain the property of their respective owners. These terms do not transfer ownership of AskVi technology to you. You retain rights you lawfully hold in the information and documents you provide.
Limitation
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, AskVi is provided without a guarantee that an authority, free zone, bank, regulator, service provider or other third party will approve a particular outcome. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms as AskVi changes. Continued use after revised terms are published means the revised terms apply from their stated effective date, subject to any rights that cannot legally be waived.
