ANCFZ: Company Setup, Costs and Requirements
ANCFZ is Ajman NuVentures Centre Free Zone. It is a different licensor from Ajman Free Zone and from Ajman Media City. Its 2026 price page starts a zero-visa company at AED 4,888, and the packages page also calls that zero-visa offer limited-time, with no end date printed.
What the package is
Both the packages page and the 2026 cost page include a business licence, unlimited shareholders, up to 10 mix-and-match activities, a lease agreement, the registry documents, and a bank letter to open an account. A visa package adds the establishment card, e-channel, entry permit, status change where it applies, a medical in Ajman, the residence visa and Emirates ID processing.
The one-year column is full advance payment, and ANCFZ says the 10% upfront discount is already inside those figures. Health insurance is mandatory once a visa is in the file, and it is excluded. VAT is not stated. Executive office and retail packages are listed without a price in the readable text.
This may fit if
- The work fits inside ten activities ANCFZ will mix on one licence.
- A lease agreement inside the package is enough for the address you need.
- You want the company first, or one residence visa with the immigration items listed above.
Check carefully if
- You meant Ajman Free Zone. Warehouse and industrial routes there are a different authority, with a different price file.
- The visa medical has to happen in Ajman. The licence FAQ says company setup itself needs no visit.
- You read “as little as 2 hours” as a completed visa. That line is ANCFZ’s timing for the licence.
Current price structure
Figures below are the one-year column on the cost page, read on 1 October 2026. The same page also prints two-year to five-year columns, and the visa counts in between. Renewal follows that approved list for the term you choose. ANCFZ says a downgrade at renewal is allowed, based on the visas used.
